Dr. Gutteridge has a medical degree from the University of British Columbia with specialty training in mental health and wellness. Her passion for mental health and wellness has allowed her to explore new areas of medicine designed to improve one’s self-esteem and confidence.
With extensive training in Behavioural Psychology, Dr. Gutteridge believes that it is essential for women to look and feel their best for their age, as this promotes self-esteem, confidence, and happiness.
Dr. Gutteridge believes that the pursuit of beauty is a global phenomenon and is constantly approached by patients who want aesthetic treatments in addition to emotional wellness through counselling.
Dr. Gutteridge is a sought-after speaker both locally and nationally, and her areas of interest are to demonstrate the benefit of treating depression/anxiety with aesthetic medicines.
Dr. Gutteridge is an avid lover of endurance sports and is currently training for her first triathlon. She looks forward to helping people achieve their goals with respect to health, wellness and positive aging.
